#### 简要描述
	发送验证码

#### 请求 URL
	https://{Endpoint}/usrCloud/user/sendVerificationCode

#### 请求方式
	POST

#### 请求参数

| 名称  | 必选/可选  | 类型  | 位置 | 说明  |

| token | 必选  | String  | Header/Body |  登录成功时返回的登录凭证(注意:token有效时间为2小时，两小时内可以重复使用) |
| Content-Type | 必选  | String  | Header | 消息体的媒体类型，默认取值为"application/json" |
| emailOrPhoneNumber | 必选  | String | Body | 邮箱或者是手机号 |
| templateType | 必选  | Integer | Body | 模板类型 0:登录 1:找回密码 |

| 1044 | 验证码发送过于频繁 |
| 1308 | 邮箱发送失败 |
| 1320 | 手机号码或者邮箱格式错误 |
